This year’s Summer Meeting will demonstrate practical ways in which  DataCite, its members, users and data centres are enabling this. The DataCite Summer Meetings bring together people from research organisations, data centers, government, and information service providers to discuss the latest developments in data science, data citation, data discovery, and data reuse. A unique opportunity to learn, to exchange experience and to influence the next  generation of data citation services.

Registration costs DKK 600 / EUR 80, which covers the full-day meeting, lunch, coffees and  transport between the Black Diamond downtown and the conference hall at the Technical University of Denmark.

Speaker biographies

Dr Jonathan Grant

Dr Jonathan Grant has led a team of researchers investigating the ‘science of science’ at RAND Europe, working for a number of UK and international funding and research bodies to help them assess the quality and ‘payback’ of funded research. These approaches can provide evidence-based information about the best ways to fund research and assess its outcomes and impact.
